An Introduction to our training by our Director of Training – Sam Chittenden
Our training sessions are interactive and reflective.
As far as possible we aim to model the mentoring space, in which questioning, listening and relationship building are key.
We aim to nurture the perfect balance between support and challenge, skirting the edge of our comfort zones where learning happens.
The ethos of Mentors for Women is one of growth for everyone – mentors and mentees alike.
Our vision is that mentors will develop their skills and expertise as a result of their involvement, including learning from their mentees… We also see our mentees as future potential mentors, and aim to develop Mentors for Women as a community of mentoring practice.
