About this Workshop

This experiential workshop, provides you with opportunities to practice relational skills through the day. The day starts at 10:00 and is made up of  four sessions with two 15 minute breaks and a one hour break for lunch, finishing at 17:00.

What will I learn ?

A strong and open relationship forms the foundation of successful mentoring.  In this reflective and practical workshop we will explore a range of skills that help in building trust and in making mentoring impactful, including giving and receiving feedback, balancing challenge with support and having difficult conversations.

Who should attend?

Mentors who have completed Level 2 Skills, or are already operating at level 2 or 3 on the competency framework.

Non Members £360, Members £270 (all prices are inclusive of VAT)
